How to Order from this website [TOP]
To browse our products, select your currency from the option box in the top right corner of the page (USD for all non-Australian customers and AUD for Australian customers). Then browse through our magical pages using the menus at either side of the page. When you come across something you wish to purchase, simply click the "Add to Cart" button beneath the item. You will be taken to your shopping cart, which will display the item you have selected. If you desire more than one quantity of this item, you can enter your desired quantity and then click on the "Recalculate" button near the bottom of the screen. If the item is a gift for someone, you may wish to make use of our free gift card and direct shipping: simply note that the order is a gift for someone and type a short message for us to include on the gift card in the Comments section of the shopping cart. Then you can select your desired shipping option for your order, keeping in mind that only the Express options have tracking ability and can be refunded or replaced if lost in the mail. If you wish to continue adding more items to your cart, you can click on the "Continue Shopping" button near the bottom of the page. If you are done shopping and wish to proceed to the checkout to pay for your order, simply select the "Proceed to Checkout" button on the shopping cart page and proceed to fill out your details (if you have returned to the store and wish to proceed to the checkout from there, you can click the "View Cart/Checkout" button at the top right-hand side of any page). When you fill out your details, please be sure to enter your correct shipping address. If you wish us to ship directly to your gift recipient, enter their shipping address in the "Ship To" section. Print Information and Ordering [TOP]
All prints are created by the artist herself for best quality and artistic control and are personally signed by her before leaving her studio! Most of our art prints are available in four standard, easy to frame sizes with a white border around the artwork for easy matting and framing. Open edition prints in all sizes are printed on a high quality semi-gloss paper with an archival inkjet (giclee) printing process. The inks are water proof and light resistant, tests showing they will last 50-75 years before fading. Many museums are now accepting prints in this medium over more traditional processes. Fine Art Prints and Limited Edition Prints are giclee prints printed on a slightly textured 100% cotton watercolour paper and represent most closely the original artwork. All prints come with a decorative and informative note about the artwork. All prints come sealed in an acid and lignin free crystal clear sleeve for their protection. The majority of Kirstin’s products are manufactured by the artist herself to ensure a product of the kind of quality and beauty she herself enjoys. We aim to offer a wide range of high quality products that cater to a wide range of budgets: we think everyone should be able to enjoy a bit of fantasy and magic! If you have a specific budget in mind while browsing, you can view a list of our entire product range sorted by price here. While we always aim to provide a true-to-life representation of our products, due to screen calibrations, colours may differ in some cases from those shown on this website. In cases of natural materials being used, some natural variations in colour may occur, which add to the ethereal beauty and character of the product. Packing materials surrounding products are made of various recycled materials to keep your product safe while also looking after our precious environment!

Original Artwork Information and Ordering [TOP]
All original artworks come with a note about the artwork, artist and the particular inspirations behind the work. They are sent directly from the artist’s studio and packaged well in recycled materials to keep them safe on their journey to their new owner. Original artworks are posted fully insured for their retail value. While Kirstin finds it hard to part with her creations, she also loves the idea of sharing their magic with others. She also needs the space to keep creating new ones! Kirstin also loves to hear when an artwork has arrived safely at its new home!

Fairy Inspirations is a unique company producing beautiful relaxation music CDs and gifts inspired by many of today's most popular fairy and fantasy artists such as Jessica Galbreth, Selina Fenech, Judy Mastrangelo and Kirstin Mills. You can now shop on both websites using the same shopping cart! Simply move between the website stores using the link icons located beneath the menus on each page and select which products you like, adding them to your cart as you go. The shopping cart will combine the products you select, which will also allow you to save on shipping costs! Our gift certificates are also valid between both websites!

Currency Options [TOP]
All prices are in US Dollars on the US section of the site, or AUD Australian Dollars for the Australian ordering section. The currency of the site is displayed in the top right hand corner of each page, with a button beneath it to change between US and AU Dollars. Those ordering in Australia please order in Australian dollars in the Australian customers’ store, as, for tax purposes, GST is charged for all Australian Sales. All other customers must order in US Dollars (USD).

Accepted Payment Methods [TOP]
Credit Cards ~ All credit card are processed through Paypal’s secure servers. You do not need to be a member of Paypal to pay through this option. Select “Credit Card" or "Payment with Paypal” during checkout.
Paypal ~ Those with a Paypal account may opt to pay with available funds in their Paypal account through the same option as credit card payments. Select “Payment via Paypal” during checkout.
Cheques or Money Orders ~ ONLY AUSTRALIAN ORDERERS MAY PAY BY CHEQUE OR MONEY ORDER due to high bank fees for foreign cheques. Payments must be received and cleared before your order is shipped. Select “Cheque/Money Order (Australia only) during checkout. Once this option is selected, you will be given the address to mail to (which is the same as the address on the contact page). Cheques or money orders should be made out to Kirstin Mills.
Direct Bank Deposit ~ ONLY AUSTRALIAN ORDERERS MAY PAY BY DIRECT BANK DEPOSIT. After your order has been placed you will be sent an email with details for depositing to our accounts. Select “Bank Deposit (AU Only) during checkout.

Postage and Shipping Charges [TOP]
Shipping charges are based on the weight of items in your order and can be viewed and calculated in the shopping cart before paying for and finalising your order. The Magical World of Kirstin Mills is an Australian company, and all orders are filled and shipped from Australia. Orders are generally filled and shipped within 1-3 business days of the order and payment being received. Australian customers may choose between Regular Post (1-7 day delivery), or Express Post (next day delivery to certain zones). International customers may choose Standard International Air Mail (delivery within 6-10 business days), or International Express Courier (delivery within 2-4 days).
IMPORTANT ~ Only the Express options have tracking numbers and are traceable once they are sent. Artworks sent by Standard Australian Post or Air Mail have no ability to track the order, and articles lost in the mail cannot be refunded.

Taxes and Customs [TOP]
All customs and taxes which may be incurred upon importing orders into a buyer’s country are the responsibility of the buyer to pay. If you are concerned about taxes or customs, please check with your local customs authorities before ordering.

Returns and Exchanges Policy. [TOP]
Great care is taken in packaging every order to protect each item within it. However, even the best packaging can be damaged with rough treatment through the postal system. If you receive your order and it is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to see what can be done.
We are only human…it is possible for mistakes to be made on orders, an item missed , the wrong item included, or a faulty product to slip through quality control. If you have a problem with your order please contact us and we will do our best to sort it out for you.

Personal information and data collected in any area of this site is NEVER shared, sold or otherwise distributed. SPAM is as much our enemy as it is yours and your information will never be used in such a way. In case you should ever receive any email associated in any way with The Magical World of Kirstin Mills that you believe to be SPAM or incorrectly addressed, please contact Kirstin directly. Strict measures are also taken to protect any information stored on our computers. All newsletter and updates mailing lists are the choice of the subscriber to join and require secondary email confirmation, so your email address cannot be used without your approval. Subscribers to these mailing lists can unsubscribe at any time.

Online Product Representation [TOP]
Throughout this website, we aim to provide the best possible representation of our products, both visually and in verbal descriptions. However, due to different screen calibrations, browser settings and certain discolorations in natural materials, product appearances and designs may differ slightly from the website images. The images you see are also very low resolution to protect them from theft while they are on the web. The actual artworks, prints and products are of a much higher, absolutely beautiful quality.
